Our goal is to connect you with your OutStyle Product as soon as possible.
We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over R500 incl., shipping across South Africa.
We ship countrywide, with delivery times of 1 - 5 days*, depending on your area. Most major centers have a 1 - 2 day* delivery time. (*work days)
Please place your orders before12:00 pm, to ensure it leaves that same day so that you can receive it as soon as possible. Orders placed after 12:00 pm may require an additional day to process. Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. Shipping service and rates are subject to change without notice.
If you require expedited delivery, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can quote you directly on your delivery.
Shipping only takes place during the work week, and not during any public holidays. We are unable to deliver to any P.O.Box, and will require a street address, contact person and contact number for all deliveries. We may contact you if we require further delivery details.

Refund & Exchange
At OutStyle, our mission is to ensure you are happy with your order.
To us, that means ensuring you are satisfied with our products and that you had an awesome experience shopping with us. Our Easy Returns system makes getting a refund or replacement product hassle-free within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days? See our Warranty section below, we still have you covered.
Returning a product? You will receive your credit within 7-10 business days (two weeks).

We warranty our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for assessment or exchange, as per the warranty period stated per product. Any item damaged or defective due to the manufacturing process can be returned free of charge within 30 days of purchase. Unused, new merchandise with original tags/stickers attached may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. Merchandise returned after 30 days, that is not a warranty claim, will not be refunded and the product will be returned to the customer, at the customer's expense. If your OutStyle product fails due to defects in material or workmanship and falls within the guidelines of the Warranty Policy, of that product, after the 30-day return period, you may be eligible to submit a warranty claim here.

We reserve the final approval on all returns and exchanges. Once your package has been received and inspected, your refund/credit will be processed within 7-10 business days (two weeks). If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via the email address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
